Our workshop has all the necessary requirements for the manufacture of handmade bicycle frames, in aluminum alloy , steel and now also Carbon Fiber. Each part of the manufacturing process is performed by appropriate tools and jigs assisted by the craftsmanship of experienced frame builders making it possible to achieve a high grade of precision and geometrical tolerances.
All our frames except the Carbon fiber frames, are Tig welded, making sure that the right welding materials and gauges are used. The correct finishing touches like frame alignment, boring and threading are also performed with the use of precision machinery.
Finally prior to being spray-painted, glass blasting and heat treatment are performed on aluminum frames when required, while steel frames are sand blasted. Spray painting is also done in our establishment.
